TENX SOFTWARE LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Tenx Driver Care on your own devices. The driver scan is free; a full license unlocks unlimited updates, backup, and restore for a one-time fee of $9.99.

You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent the licensing of the software.

You agree to use the software lawfully and not in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TENX SOFTWARE LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
